Cotton webbing Hygroscopicity:
- It has good hygroscopicity. Under normal conditions, the webbing absorbs moisture from the surrounding atmosphere and has a moisture content of 8-10%. Therefore it contacts the human skin, making people feel soft and non-stiff. If the humidity of the webbing increases and the ambient temperature is high, the moisture contained in the webbing will all evaporate, so that the webbing maintains a water balance and makes people feel comfortable.
Heat resistance:
- The cotton webbing has good heat resistance. When it is below 110 °C, it will only cause evaporation of moisture on the webbing and will not damage the fiber. Therefore, the pure cotton webbing is used at normal temperature, and all the processes of washing, printing and dyeing will not damage the cotton webbing. So that the cotton webbing has strong resistance to damage.
Alkali resistance:
- cotton webbing has greater resistance to alkali. In the alkali solution, the webbing will not be damaged. This property makes the cotton webbing not easy to be worn during the process of washing stains and disinfecting impurities. At the same time, the cotton webbing can be dyed, printed and processed to produce more new webbing varieties.
