What are the reasons for the webbing chromatic aberration?
1, Difference on original material:
- The difference between reflected light,
- The material source,
- The material density,
2, Difference on dyeing process:
- The method of dyeing,
- The quality of the dye;
- The horizontal and vertical color difference in the strips between the batch and the confirmed sample,
- The difference in machine precision,
- The color difference between different batches.
3, Different properties:
Cotton webbing and organic cotton webbing and bamboo fiber webbing generally require low temperature dyeing. And polyester webbing and nylon webbing requires high temperature dyeing. The difference in dyeing requirements is also the cause of chromatic aberration.
